Hi, I'm Michaela (Malky)!
I have been in the health and wellness field for 28 years, practicing and teaching yoga. Along the way I discovered that, for me, teaching was the best way I could learn and that teaching was the thing I loved the most.
I began my holistic journey as a summer staff member at a holistic retreat center in Rhinebeck, NY. It was the beginning of my spiritual journey. With a staff of 200 people, there were many yoga instructors and classes, and I had the opportunity to sample every different yogic pathway. I continued my spiritual journey at Neve as a baalat teshuva, where I had the largest pool of rabbis and rebbitzens to ask all of my questions.
